minulla loppui usko
kun piti odotella uutta
jotain parempaa, nousukautta
niin karvas oli mukavuus, jonka aika tuotti
niin kolkko koko pankkiholvien katedraali

hai kitui eikä viihtynyt
ja pyöri samaa rataa altaassaan
ei koskaan ulapalle, ei koskaan
syvyyksiin päässyt enää pyrstö

kauhistunut kala tuijotti
koskaan tajuamatta pilaa, jonka ihminen vain keksi
ensin lasittui katse

Shark, Sunfish and I

I ran out of faith
when I had to wait for a new,
something better, an upswing
so bitter was the comfort the time was producing
so dreary the whole bank vault cathedral

the shark languished and suffered

the fish stared horrified
never realizing the joke man only came up with
